Process
For a Lead Engineer role, the process consists of two HireVue rounds.
Round 1: Coding plus a series of 6 questions for 45 minutes. The coding question is of easy to medium difficulty. Other questions were about the complexity of your solution, the reasoning behind choosing a data type, etc.
Round 2: Design round. You have to design a system for a problem using Google Docs and explain it in a video. There were other questions about your design. This round is video and screen share based.
Round 3: Senior Manager interview via Zoom, more focused on design, technical aspects, and role fit.
