The HR got in touch with me and explained the interview process. He mentioned the first round would be a Hirevue online test. Once I completed it, the next steps would be communicated.
After I submitted the interview, I followed up with HR after two weeks, as there was no response.
At this point, I knew I was not selected. However, what I was expecting was honest feedback on my interview. I didn't expect to be ghosted by a company like Nike.
