Process
The interview process is not clear at all. HR and the recruiter are just beating around the bush with the candidate. It's a waste of time.
For me, they only interviewed me with half of my total experience, where the panel just asked Go and different language questions instead of what skills I have. Later, they said the first round was clear, but they had to change the rule for the lead with 8+ years of experience. They just held off for 3 weeks with different teams. Then, one day, they called me and asked me to give HireVue again because the previous HR had the process with the wrong team.
My opinion is: do not attend an interview for this company.
