I interviewed with a recruiter who said they would pass along my information to the Technical hiring manager and stated that they would be reaching out to me in the next week.
I didn't hear anything back for over a month.
After a few emails and phone calls without any sort of communication, I received a copy-pasted email stating that the requirements for the role had changed and they were looking for someone more in line with these new requirements, without a technical person ever going over my background.
This is a clear red flag of an unorganized company and poor company culture.
Needless to say, I will not be applying to any other positions at Nike, a brand I've worn and respected my entire life, and would not recommend Nike as an employer to any of my talented coworkers and friends based on this experience.
Tell me about yourself.
