Senior Data Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
The interview process involves:
- Online test
- Technical interview
- Director interview
This organization does not have the process established properly. I cleared the first two rounds. During the third round, the director joined 10 minutes late and did not ask many questions, which felt strange at the time. A couple of days later, I learned I was not selected via an automated email without any feedback. Very unprofessional.
