Process

The interviewer was kind of a jerk. He barraged me with questions back to back, which is fine, but he literally never gave me a second to breathe. Anytime I answered a question, he would interrupt me and ask a question that dug deeper, with not even a three-second pause between questions.

At the end, he told me point blank, "You are not ready for Nike. This concept for that question you got wrong is not complicated." He then proceeded to put me down for a good 15 minutes.

Seriously, if I failed the interview, just reject me in an email. I don't need to hear you patronize me. I bet this is a toxic place to work anyway.

I find it silly that the recruiter asked me to wear Nike apparel to the interview. It was definitely humiliating, but eh, I kind of learned a bit from the interview, so I'm not sad.

I have nothing against the interviewer in some regards. He had a huge scar on his face and probably didn't have many social experiences growing up. He asked me to study up and reapply in a month, but I'm not interested.

If this is the first impression I get from an employee from Nike, I can only imagine what it's like to work there.
