First, I talked to a recruiter in person. After waiting approximately a week, I connected with a hiring manager. The hiring manager went through my qualifications. Different managers then look at your application to see the best fit.

It went well. They were very respectful of my skills and offered detailed questions. I was pleased with the way the company laid out all the rules and ensured I received all the benefits needed during the interview process.

Nike visited the university campus and shortlisted my resume for the first round. The interview lasted for twenty minutes on the college campus. The second round was a coding interview on a later date.
