Flexibility in work schedule and great on-site benefits that you can take advantage of
A slightly underpaid industry for engineers
A recruiter contacted me. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager knew I was not a DBA and not a good skill match. They had me come in anyway, and I absolutely bombed the very technical interview. I never heard from them again.
Online assessment: one recorded behavioral question and one LC easy/medium. Two 30-minute interviews. No data structures or algorithms courses, but they ask about your resume and some basic system design.
Interviewed by a panel. The experience was positive overall. You definitely need to be a Nike fan to get a job here, especially as a college-aged person. The questions were what you'd expect, nothing too crazy.
