It was an online interview and directly with the responsible project manager. Her attitude and introduction to the project were very good and helpful. She was very thoughtful before and during the interview, and her questions were very reasonable. I was rejected because there was another person who fit the position, according to their explanation. The only problem was that email response time could be very long sometimes, but I don't think that is a general problem.
