Pros: The office is nice and the gym is free.
Cons: They work with a 90% TNSDL internal programming language, which is not used by any other companies. So, if you spend 4 years here, your technology knowledge will be stuck at the same level where you were 4 years ago. This is because, in your future job interview, nobody will care about your TNSDL language knowledge because they have never heard about it.

Pros: Family-friendly job. Wide range of worldwide career opportunities. Lots of learning, training, and development possibilities. Wide range of compensations and benefits. The location of the office is very good (near the center).
