Started with a phone interview.
Then, a group teambuilding exercise (divided into several groups, we performed some activities and solved problems).
Finally, an in-person interview. It was very fair. We discussed my thesis, my degree, and the previous process. There were no trick questions and no philosophical assessments. It was very straightforward.
