Process
General programming test with basic algorithm questions (e.g., Fibonacci numbers).
Java fundamentals, collections (class hierarchy), and the difference between String, StringBuilder, and StringBuffer.
Personal interview was hands-on coding. Two senior guys gave me instructions on what to implement and asked questions. Started with a simple "Hello World", access modifiers, naming conventions, Comparable interface, unit testing, and there was a concurrency task.
