You talk for an hour with a person who explains their work to you in great detail, and they ask the same about you. So far, so good, apart from the fact that, judging by certain questions ("do you know what regression tests are"?), they probably expected new graduates with no software testing experience (it's interesting that the interviewer doesn't know the job description well, where they ask for skills that are honestly embarrassingly high for a new graduate). The skills and competencies part seems like a good fit, perhaps even too skilled. They keep insisting that I've never worked in the telecom sector and that passion for router radio links is needed here. But honestly, how can I know if I like it if I've never worked in it? But why are you interviewing me if not having experience in the sector is so blocking? Do you think how many companies there are that do software testing of router radio links? They never got in touch, not even to say "no thank you."
This job requires a strong passion for the telecom field. You've never worked in this field, are you sure it interests you?
