Senior Developer Interview Experience - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Process

I initially went through a third-party recruiter.

I was told to connect via a web screen share service with a headset. They decided to call me after ten minutes instead. I had been on text and voice the entire time trying to get someone.

Then they proceeded to give me a programming test. They only asked me two questions, never did a sales pitch for the company or job, and didn't seem interested in me.

I got an email two weeks later from the recruiter that they passed, but it was a mutual feeling. It was the third worst interview process I've been through, and I would have passed on them too.

I was not given an opportunity to discuss my background.
