I sent a CV via one of the employees to the Saint-Petersburg development office.
First, I was sent a set of 5 simple tasks that I had to solve and send back to them. After that, I was invited to a technical interview, which lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours. I was thoroughly asked about my previous experience and solved some simple tasks with the interviewers.
After a long wait, I was invited to an interview with managers, who asked me about my preferences and what I wanted to do in this job. They told me that I would get feedback in 3 weeks, but after 3 weeks, there was no feedback, so I wrote to them myself.
They told me that they were currently stopping hiring at the Saint-Petersburg office altogether, so I didn't get the job. Waste of time, very disappointed.
And a very long wait between interviews. The organization was also poor. When I visited the office, I had to wait in a hot room because there was no one at reception, and no one answered the phone number on the door, where it was written, "Call this number if no one is at reception." So, I had to call HR and then wait for someone to open the door for me.
No any specific difficult questions. Base knowledge of C++ and algorithms.
