One round of telephonic interview, where the role expectations were explained and my expectations were asked (including salary expectations).

Then, the second round was a technical + personal interview. In which, after a few questions on projects that I had done in my earlier jobs, they presented me with a few situations at work and asked me how I would react.

I must say that the interviewer was a manager from Finland who was in India to set up the team. Indian managers' interviews could be different.
