I applied through one of the job postings on job sites. A recruiter gave me a callback and we fixed a time for a discussion with the manager.
Discussion with the manager was around past professional expertise. The interview was good, as the discussion covered different challenges that come up while developing applications and what solutions had been taken to rectify them.
When I asked the recruiter for feedback, she never turned up. As a mature professional, I appreciate negative feedback as well.
