Process
A phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
I was interviewed by a few managers and senior engineers.
During the onsite interview, I had to write my answers on a whiteboard. I also introduced my previous work experiences and explained more details if managers were interested. Then they asked me some C/C++ questions.
Questions
- Explain some technical questions on multimedia codecs (voice, video).
- Some C/C++ coding questions.

Pros: - Sound and conservative management.
- Pleasant place to work; people tend to be very friendly.
- Benefits and vacation time are generous.
- Get to work with a large company with global prestige.
- Rich company can afford paying for little things here and there (like HD video conferencing) that are sound and helpful but not extravagant.
Cons: - Management might be too slow to innovate and adapt to change.
- Tough to get promotions without moving to Europe or another country.
- Lots of red tape involved in getting anything done; it needs to have a more entrepreneurial attitude.
