The interview was basically on an average base. First, there was a written exam to determine the skillset of each applicant. After that, there was the 1:1 technical interview with one of the Senior Leads at Nokia. There was a certain time where they assessed your technical skills. The last stage was the HR interview, where they got to know you more and what environment you could expect at Nokia.
