Pros: At Nokia, a diverse work experience is achieved. There is always opportunity to take on interesting challenges. There are a lot of talented people working together, and one can always learn.
Cons: The organization is huge, with all the pros and cons that come with it. Communication could sometimes be better, and there are occasional hiccups in the processes designed at the top level.
