Cons: Not much as of now. Sometimes weekend work depends on feature criticality.

Cons: The growth aspect is limited with respect to actual R&D for a fresher. They would have to also focus on their core concepts extremely carefully, as the majority of the codebase uses internally developed tools, which may limit one's adaptability to other common technologies after they leave.
