A great company to begin for a fresher
You get a lot of support from seniors if you are stuck. They also help you plan beyond work and focus on your personal life equally.
The growth aspect is limited with respect to actual R&D for a fresher. They would have to also focus on their core concepts extremely carefully, as the majority of the codebase uses internally developed tools, which may limit one's adaptability to other common technologies after they leave.
