I got an interview invitation via email the first week of August; it was the following week. Because of my previous experience with Nokia interviews, I didn't have any expectations because, previously, after interviews, those managers wouldn't even call or email back.

My interview went well. It was the first time I had ever met a Nokia manager who gave feedback and told me even if they wouldn't be hiring me. After that news, one of my friends told me that Nokia wouldn't hire anybody. This was because, in July, the public's latest quarterly review was bad, and even though many employees were leaving the company, these managers wouldn't get recruiting permission to employ new people.
