The first round was a screening call that asked about your experiences in software development in your own applicable context. If shortlisted for an interview, HR will reach out to you again to arrange for a physical, in-person interview. During the physical interview, the interviewers were extremely friendly and nice, answering any questions I had about the role and the company structure/projects.
Showed snippets of code and asked me to describe to them what it does, as well as if they were to change it to meet another requirement or do something else, how would I implement it.
Code was not done on an IDE but an online compiler instead.
