4 rounds of interview.
1st round was fully technical, asked many Linux commands and containerisation techniques. Questions on Robot Framework, Bash scripting, and Python code to invoke an app using SSH.
2nd round was mainly on Docker and Kubernetes questions along with testing techniques. On Docker, how do you write Docker Compose? Kubernetes architecture, what are the events called when a pod crashes? Difference between PV and PVC, difference between a load balancer and Nginx, how to check the status of Kubelet and Docker services, how to configure Grafana with Prometheus, etc.
3rd round was with the manager, mostly behavior-type questions.
4th round was with HR. Unfortunately, I couldn’t join the company as they gave only a 30 percent hike when compared to all those questions asked for hours of interview. A 30 percent hike seemed very less.
