Nokia is a very good company.
No cons to this company.
It was my second job interview at Nokia. The first time (May 2016), I passed stages I and II (English speech by phone and a test on Codility), but I failed stage III (interview in the office). In January 2017, I was invited only for the III stage, an
Call from Tech Recruiter and small talk about my previous project. Then invitation for technical interview. Technical interview takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience! :)
One Telephonic Round: To check telecom domain knowledge and telecom protocol knowledge. Two Technical Rounds: To check programming knowledge. One Managerial Round: Some situations will be given. We need to manage accordingly. Finally, an HR Round.
