Friendly people. Great work/life balance. Never too stressful. The work is the same stuff.
Great benefits package: insurance, time off, vacation.
Nice campus: gym, tennis, basketball courts. Great location.

Every year seems to fly by. The IIPs come and go, and I don't think they are very helpful. Each year, I feel like I am saying the same stuff and always receiving decent reviews.
New team leads don't think you are ready to move up when they have barely worked with you.
Getting better.

Applied at a school job fair. Got a phone screen first, then an on-site interview with a group of about 8 potential interns. They had C/C++ tests and behavioral questions. Got selected within a week of the on-site interview.
They interviewed about 8 people. Someone from HR took each candidate back to a room and asked basic behavioral questions and briefly described what the mechanical engineer division was all about. Then they took 4 of the 8 people back and had 4 table
