Great work/life balance. Team's culture is very good, and people are overall friendly and extremely helpful.
A lot of onboarding material. Too much of closed source without proper documentation. SAFe is not strictly followed, and it seems we work more on a waterfall model. Reduce the amount of new releases, and eventually, benefits would scale down to the other problems.
