System Architect
An interview with the architecture team and the manager. Questions about previous experiences. No direct technical knowledge questions, but more of a discussion to assess the relevance of these experiences.
Test Automation Architect
The process is pretty straightforward here in China. Firstly, we will check the resume. If it seems okay, we will arrange a paper test for a technical position. If you pass, then there are around 2-3 rounds of face-to-face interview. That's all.

Contractor interview. One-stage process, face-to-face with a technical test (multiple choice). Not too difficult given my expertise in the subject area. Total time was around 2 hours and 30 minutes. Offered role on the following day.
