Helpful colleagues, good knowledge exchange, great atmosphere in teams, flexible work hours, benefits.
Lack of experienced employees. Salaries are good to start, but it's hard to get a decent raise according to your experience in the company. Management is mostly friendly but has no idea or experience in managing.
The company treats employees who care and those who don't work at all basically the same way.
