Pros

They pay on time. Community trash cans are emptied daily. An ATM installed this year on site has broken only once to my knowledge.

Cons

More interested in shipping on time than meeting customer requirements, so data is selectively collected in order to show a "pass" rather than reflect actual performance. The blame game is used to ensure that no one takes responsibility for their own faults. A new, lower status quo is used for the next project.

Advice to Management

Stop letting Irving act like a fiefdom. There is no benefit to Nokia. It's inefficient, and attrition will continue with replacements by fresh out Master's degrees that don't know anything. Personality-driven organizations always crash and burn.
