It's a big organization, so frequent change management may not be good.

Software Engineer
Screening round, two technical rounds, and a managerial round. I had cleared all technical rounds but was rejected in the managerial round. I tried following up, but to no avail. I didn't get a proper response. I expected better from Nokia.
Software Engineer
There was an online test on AMCAT, and they announced the shortlist after 2-3 days. There were two technical rounds, in which they covered basics of programming and asked a few puzzles. This was followed by an HR interview for half an hour.

The 1st round was an Online Assessment. It contained MCQ questions and 2 or 3 coding questions. Next was the Interview round. I was asked a lot of questions about networking (basic) and 2 coding questions (LeetCode easy level).
