Pros

Quite a lot of experts onboard. Friendly environment. Flexible working time, full remote possible. Non-salary benefits. 3-month paid parental/maternal leave provided by company.

Cons

Salary for long-time employees is way below competitive, leading to expert attrition.

Some departments are chaotic with not the best management and high people rotation.

A big corporation approach is seen in many places; implementing good ideas often fails, even if proposed properly.

Advice to Management

Start paying experts a competitive salary instead of hiring a few new people who will never achieve similar results, even as a group.

Break the corporate approach to some things; unification isn't always the best, especially when it comes to tools.
