It was a good knowledge-gathering environment
Good company to be associated with; you can gain a lot of knowledge.
You will be kept occupied. It depends upon the management; some managers are really too cool and friendly.
Internal politics sometimes doesn't notice the employees who really put in their effort and work hard.
More compensation and benefits are required, and management should look into the work/life balance of the employees.
