Good at sharing and working. The people here are very nice.
Sometime maybe some trouble between different cultural people.
No advice to management.
I was recommended through the referral program by a friend who works at Nokia. After sending my CV, I received a call from HR and was asked a few basic questions. A couple of days later, I was invited to the WestGate building for the formal interview
Approximately 1.5 hours for the entire process (face-to-face + writing test). Mainly it was a Python test, as the position I applied for is CI-related. It was not that difficult.
There have been many rounds of interviews, each with different themes, related to previous work experience, problems encountered in the work, and whether there are special experiences. What's your plan in the following years?
