Best work/life balance of any company I've worked for, or any that my friends have worked for. One of the better paying companies with good perks.
My current position does not seem to support my growth or have the mentors I would like to push, inspire, and guide me through my career.
Focus less on the numbers and more on the results. Is something worth doing in the long run rather than just getting quick results that don't last?
