Good culture and nice atmosphere to work.
More management and less opportunities
A reasonably technical telephone interview lasting about 1 hour (twice as long as planned). Two interviewers, the head of QA and a QA Engineer. Very well-structured and relaxed discussion, reviewing my skills, with time to ask questions at the end.
It's good to spend a little more time preparing for the interview in advance. Determine your best options. Which skills are vital as opposed to convenient? It's also good to know how much you have to travel. Allow plenty of time for the interview.
1. Take an exam about basic knowledge of C, C++, Python, and so on. 2. One or more rounds of interviews with about three technical interviewers. 3. Then, have an interview with human resources.
