The interview environment was very calm. They were interested in my previous projects and my roles in the team. They prefer people who have strong communication skills and a willingness to work across diverse teams.

I got a call from a recruitment agency for a Sr. Software Developer position. Initially, they conducted a written test on C and Data Structures, then they took a face-to-face interview. In both rounds, they asked only to write programs.

After I sent my application by mail, the first contact was a phone interview where hard technical facts were asked (I guess to filter the people). After that, I was invited to a 1:1 interview where they wanted to know more about my background (previ
