Middle management plays a major role in every company, and if something goes wrong here, then the whole company is in a mess. Nokia is not an exception. Not meeting proper deadlines delays old UI.
Middle management who joins the company recently does not realize the actual values and the work culture of Nokia and finally spoils the whole show. Managers do play a major role at the low level as well. So, only when middle management is proper, the low-level recruitment will also be good, which plays a major role in the success of every company.
