Interesting work, but frustrating because projects were delayed and cancelled
It was a nice work environment with good colleagues and challenging work.
Too little focus on getting things done in time, changing direction far too often.
If the competition is far ahead, it is most important to release a competitive product as soon as possible. Reinventing the wheel again and again loses all opportunities.
It is too late now. Releasing a successful smartphone seems unlikely now.
