Work-life balance, good culture, flexible.
Poor management, less pay, and the work is not that good.
The hiring process at Nokia consists of three stages. In the first stage, there is a test and a team assessment. In the second stage, there is an interview. In the third stage, there is a benefits interview.
It was all good. People were nice and helpful. The interview was pretty long compared to others, but at least it was online. Questions were decent to hard; some of them, I'd say, were doable.
I applied via their career page. I got an email after two days stating that they can't proceed with my application. I'm feeling good that I got a "Best of luck" message from them!
