Nokia is absolutely a great place to work in. You can have a life-work balance experience here. It's open, employee-friendly, and it provides a lot of on-line or off-line trainings to help you with working skills.
No cons in my point of view. I love Nokia.
Nokia is very unprofessional in their interview process. They lie to their candidates about the work. Even the interns selected are not given the promised pay. The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional.
Technical Round, Managerial and Technical Round, HR Round. 1st Round: Full technical. * C * C++ * Networking Q&A 2nd Round: Some management questions and some technical. 3rd Round: Salary discussion. Overall, it was only general queries.
The process was completed in one day: two technical rounds, one manager round, and a final HR discussion. Technical rounds took around one hour each, with the manager round and HR discussion lasting half an hour each. The offer was released in 15 day
