Management is comprised of lifers that have formed a clique together with some team leads. They are vindictive and bullies, with yelling and sarcasm in meetings.

Old tech stacks with zero market value.
This is a technologist elephant graveyard for the most part.
Way less than average pay.
This is for higher management.
Break the cults. They have made the whole place a very dark place for anyone but their yes-men.
