Good roles in the telecommunication field.
Very good office space in India.
I was given a fresher grade while entering with almost four years of experience.
Nothing was ever done to fix my situation in spite of repeated requests.
One of my engineering batch-mates had a role two levels above mine.
There's no uniformity among different departments in the way grades and salaries are offered.
Just because the feature I was working on was not doing great, it impacted my personal role in the company.
A person with 3 years at NSN was given grade 8 in a different department, while I joined with a grade 6 with 4 years of experience. Explain!

Easy interview, basic operating system, computer network, and coding questions. I was selected from college as an intern at Nokia. They took many people, and the knowledge gained in four years of engineering was enough to answer interview questions.
