Lots of areas to work on. Good exposure to different areas. Wonderful work-life balance. Senior management decisions are effectively communicated. No layoff/salary cut during the recession period.
Extremely bad compensation. Not many onsite opportunities at the employee level. Politics do play a role in some areas. Some incompetent people end up getting much better salaries once hired.
Compensation should be at market rates.

Went well. Asked basic questions on programming.
