Some of the perks given are good, but these are fast vanishing with time.
No job security. You are forced to look for a new team to keep your job every 6 months.
You will go nowhere in your career.
Too slow to react to changes.
Many people doing the same thing without knowledge of what is happening in the other parts of the organisation.
Do not move around employees as if they are sheep. Each person requires some amount of experience to gain expertise in a domain.

Easy interview, basic operating system, computer network, and coding questions. I was selected from college as an intern at Nokia. They took many people, and the knowledge gained in four years of engineering was enough to answer interview questions.

I first wrote an online test. Then, after 3 to 4 months, they called us to the Nokia office for the technical or managerial interview. I passed this round, and the final interview was virtual. This was taken by the manager.
