The working culture, as well as the nature of the work done in Finland, is extremely good. They do a lot of R&D work and have very good brainstorming sessions before arriving at a solution.
In India R&D, a lot of times career growth opportunities are inadequate, which can result in a feeling of being cramped.
Please work out to ensure there is a clear career growth plan for each and every individual employee. Even a fresher should be aware and clear about his career growth plans, which are aligned with his/her aspirations.
