Best workplace and not a lot of pressure on employees.
It's far from Chennai, and hence, I should travel more, in my point of view.
I first wrote an online test. Then, after 3 to 4 months, they called us to the Nokia office for the technical or managerial interview. I passed this round, and the final interview was virtual. This was taken by the manager.
Horrible interviewer. They kept dismissing my 6-year experience as "making toys" because I am self-taught. Then they gave me low-level C questions, even though the position was about C++. Afterward, they told me that "they have a big project for me"
There were several steps: * Website registration * General overview interview * Technical interview * HR interview Finally, if you are accepted, you will receive an offer, and you can decide whether to accept it or not.
