Good benefits, supports employees
Very good salary in comparison to other companies in my country. Also offers great benefits like insurance and Ticket Restaurant every month. The manager is very open to complaints and requests.
The tasks are very specific, and I'm not sure how you can use the knowledge you gain here for something outside the company. There's very limited chance for development as well, and it's not a great choice if you are young and want to try and work with cutting-edge technologies, at least in my department.
