Contacted 2 days after I sent my resume for the on-site interview. The interview lasted 1 hour, with some background questions and a pop quiz regarding C++/Java coding and composing test plans.

First interview, no hard questions. Second part was a psychological test, which included an interview with the psychologist and then some suitability tests. Language skills were also tested.

The interview process was great. There were two rounds of telephonic interviews, each lasting for an hour. The decision was communicated within a week. All the interview questions pertained to data networking and Python.
